• All activities are supervised by professional experts who ensure your safety at every step. Please note that the program may change depending on weather and local conditions on the day of the tour.
• For the ATV program, transfers are available in the Patong area. A minimum of 2 participants is required. Free transfers are offered from Kata, Karon, Kalim, Nakalay, Kamala, and Surin. For other areas, an additional charge of 300 baht per person applies.
• Passenger seats are available.
• Customers must accept the inherent risks of participating in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, and any valid claims can only be considered within the limits stated in the policy, under the laws of Thailand. The company’s accident insurance covers only medical treatment and medical expenses resulting from accidents that occur during the trip and applies within Thailand only. Personal property carried by customers on the tour is at their own risk. All tour instructions must be strictly followed, and any violations are not permitted.
• Special consideration: participation is not allowed for senior citizens aged 60 or above, children under 4 years old, pregnant women, or customers weighing over 120 kg.
