Conditions of Participation:

• Snow Bullet: Participants must be at least 8 years old, over 125 cm tall, and weigh more than 30 kg. The maximum weight limit is 120 kg.
• Slope: Participants must be at least 3 years old and be Level 2 intermediate skiers or snowboarders.
• Skiing Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 3 years old.
• Snowboarding Discovery Lesson: Participants must be at least 8 years old.

• Please book at least one day in advance of the participation date.
• In case of any issues, please contact us at slwdubaiteam@gmail.com.
• Please provide your hotel address to ensure a smooth pickup.
• Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• For Snow Premium, our operations will coordinate with you, and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the visit date.
• Guests must bring the confirmation email to the venue. If not received, please check with our team before visiting.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• An adult must accompany children at all times.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
• The venue is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.
