• Be punctual and wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified voucher time to start.
• If you arrive late, your booking may be rescheduled to a later time if space is available. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled with a 100% charge.
• Please note that the driver might experience delays of up to 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unexpected circumstances.
• You won't need to display a physical voucher; just present your mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device to our guide.
• Keep in mind that the activity's timing may be impacted by factors like weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we'll send you the voucher via email.

• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when you pay through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later Booking: Bookings where you've chosen to pay later are not confirmed until you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.

Our Customer Service Representative will confirm pick-up times and guide numbers for tours at least 12 hours before the tour (in the case of Join Tours).

For all Private Tours, pick-up details are already provided in our itinerary. If you don't receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
